Change in Gym Hours
To all Gym Members:
Please be advised that the gym hours have been changed, due to noise complaints from dropping weights. Starting on Thursday, January 02, 2014 the gym hours will be from 6:00AM to 11:00PM.
There will be a security officer present in the gym from 6:00AM to 9:00AM to limit the noise disturbance.

Community is very important and our partner, Trump Village West along with Kings Bay Y invite the Luna Park community to enjoy a wonderful day out with your neighbors this Sunday, May 19, 2013 between the hours of 11AM – 2PM.
New Compactor Installations
The Board of Directors are pleased to advise, that we will begin the installation of new compactors for all five buildings starting in building #1 this Monday, May 6, 2013. The project will consist of two-phase. As we approach your building, a notice will be provided advising to continue and NOT USE THE COMPACTOR CHUTE on your landing as men are working below installing new compactors.
