The link below memo is being distributed as I write. I cannot stress the need for all residents to keep their apartment doors locked even if you are home. The individual depicted has entered apartments with residents in them. If and when someone rings your intercom, please do not just let them in without going to your TV set and viewing the security channel which will show you who is buzzing and if that person is not known to you….DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR!

Home Invader Photo At Luna Park
Please take a good look at the individual in the link below. We have had a rash of burglaries in the past two weeks and this young male is wanted for questioning in connection to these home invasions.
Dog Run Hours Of Operation
We have received several complaints about barking in the dog runs at all hours of the night. In an attempt to provide some control the Board of Directors has decided to implement hours of operation. If succesful, this pilot program should provide peace and quiet to all residents.
Heat Wave – Cooling Center
For all residents that are faced with not being able to have their air conditioner use as the construction project effects you, JASA (Senior Center) is a registered cooling center. We ask that residents use the facility to keep cool and drink plenty of water. If the weather continues to be unbearable, we will keep the center open into the evening. We will have security present to assist residents. The below link memo has been distributed to all apartments effected by the non-use of their air conditioners.

Gym Membership Update
FYI!
We have as of today 276 members = $27,600 per year. The total expense for the gym project is approximately $60,216.23. At this rate, we should be able to recoup our investment within 2 ½ – 3 yrs.
