Maintenance Payment Processing

For all those residents that bring their payments into the management office or drop it in  the box outside our office; a more efficient way to avoid late fees by adding your account number on your check. Your account is found on your monthly invoice/bill. We have added a scanner feature to our office which will credit your payment the same day you drop it off, excluding the weekend of course. More efficiency coming to you via Douglas Elliman Property Management and the management team on site.
