Carrying Charge Application Update

everyone should have received the attached information advising that  effective July 1, 2012 carrying charges/rent will go up an additional 12%. Your Board of Directors has fought hard not to allow these rate to be implemented, but unfortunately Luna Park’s financial state of operation calls for these higher rates. If you recall, the rate of increase requested by our application to HPD was lower.

Please be advised, we were faced with a computer glitch delaying your June invoices for distribution. Everyone should receive them by Monday or Tuesday coming. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact the management office for a duplicate copy.
