Heat and Water Interruption 12-06-2012

Once again, our water and heating pumps were not properly functioning due to the back up generator malfunctioning last night. Our staff along with plumbers worked on restoring proper operations. We are still experiencing issues in building #3. The issue is with Con-Ed and the allowable amount of amperage provided to the building. The amperage is not sufficient to run our pumps which provide you with hot, cold water and heat.

We have been on the phone with Con-Ed executives along with our corporate counsel and HPD in an effort to resolve this major issue. Con-Ed’s VP  of Brooklyn Queens Electric Operations is sending a core of engineers to finally evaluate the situation and respond accordingly.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that your Board of Directors along with management are monitoring the situation and are making every effort possible to rectify the situation.

Water and Heat Interruption

Last night our water and heating pumps were not properly functioning. Our staff along with plumbers and electrician have been working on restoring proper operations. We are experiencing issue in building #3. The issue is with Con-Ed and the allowable amount of amperage provided to the building. The amperage is not sufficient to run our pumps which provide you with hot, cold water and heat.

Our plumbers have connected a generator to by- pass Con-Ed’s system, but the issue still exists with the lack of electricity to building #3. Building #3 is the heart of our mechanical systems which provide all residents with domestic water and heat.

All residents should have a water supply and heat at the moment and will continue as we keep the generator running.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that your Board of Directors along with management are monitoring the situation.
