Maintenance/Carrying/Rent Increase Application

I am writing to advise all shareholders that Luna Park Housing Corporation has filed an application with the City of New York Department of Housing Preservation and Development (H.P.D.) for an increase in carrying charges. All resident shareholders have received the full application package under their doors this afternoon. Please take a moment to view the attached notification and spend a few minutes reviewing the application package provided to all. If additional copies are needed, please feel free to contact the management office.

Building #1 Window Install Schedule

Window replacement will begin this Tuesday, March 20,2012 in building #1, wing 2883 West 12th Street starting from the 20th floor. Copies of the schedule are being delivered to all residents on the schedule in the link below. Please view link for the current calendar.

To all residents of building #1, please take a moment and view the below link as it pertains to your new exist pattern while the facade project continues. You will notice that your walk will be longer to reach the building, but all options have been attempted to minimize any inconveniences to you.
