We met last night. The minutes will reflect the details but I wanted to share two highlights:
1) We approved the installation of concrete-filled pipes to act as deterrents to MTA people driving across that area between West 12th and the Stillwell station along the side of our senior center. There have been many complaints and even our own president was almost run down by someone doing that. I don’t have an exact date but this won’t take long to implement.
2) We approved the installation of a centralized key fob system; the same as in Trump. It will eventually control access to lobbies, laundry rooms, playgrounds, picnic area, gym, and more. The next step is to work out the installation plan with the vendor, sign a contract, and make it happen. This is a very important development because it will be one of the central linchpins of Luna Park’s security.
